Wine List
Vento Ariel is a shrine to seafood, but also to first-class wines. Davide Groppi, the owner, has extended the selection of superb wines to an incredible 130 labels.A wide range of choice, but there’s little danger that the customer will be “lost”; as Davide explains, “We always try to suggest the best wine to accompany the dishes the customer has chosen from our menu”. He should know because, with his passion for the subject and over 15 years’ of study, he has gained both the AIBES [Italian Association of Barmen and bar Suppliers] and AIS [Italian Association of Sommeliers] qualifications.
